Return Policy

MMA Factory Refund and Exchange Policy

At MMA Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we are here to help. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Time Frame: You have 28 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that are damaged or altered may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Cost of Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Custom or personalised products
Opened personal care items (e.g., mouth guards, personal hygiene products)

3. Process for Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: If you choose to return an item, we will inspect it upon receipt. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact our customer service team. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will send out the replacement item. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. Cost of Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, gift card, exchange or refund as appropriate.

Assessment: Upon receiving your email and photos, we will assess the situation.

Customer Responsibility: If, after inspection, we find no fault with the item, the customer will be liable for the cost of return shipping.

5. Return Shipping
Cost of Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged. If a return shipping label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
