How should Muay Thai shorts fit?
They should sit on your hips with the waistband secure and the hem giving you room to lift the knee and pivot. If the waistband digs in or the leg feels tight when you check a kick, go up a size. If they spin around when you move, tighten the cord or size down.
What fabric should I choose?
Satin gives you that traditional look and a smooth feel. Modern microfiber is lighter and dries faster after hard rounds. If you train most days, microfiber is easy to wash and wear. If you like a classic style, satin is a solid pick.
