What does a sauna suit do?
It raises your body temperature so you sweat more. That helps with warm-ups and short-term water cut goals before a weigh-in, but it does not replace smart nutrition. Expect temporary water loss, not fat loss.
Which size should I choose?
Start with your normal clothing size. You want enough room to shadowbox, squat, and throw kicks without pulling the seams. If you’re between sizes or plan to layer over a hoodie, choose the larger option.
Any safety and care tips?
Drink plenty of water and take breaks. If you feel light-headed, stop immediately. After training, wipe the inside with mild soap, then air dry. Avoid the dryer and sharp gear in your bag so the material stays intact for the next session.
