Check the chest width on the product page. If you lift or grapple a lot, choose the roomier size so the shoulders don’t pull. Tighten at the waist with the hem tuck if you like a closer look.
What’s the upside of performance fabric compared to cotton?
Performance blends pull sweat off your skin and dry quickly, which helps during long classes or hot gyms. Cotton is softer and great for day-to-day wear or light sessions. Many athletes keep both and rotate based on the plan.
How do I keep prints and colour looking fresh?
Turn the tee inside out, wash cold with similar colours, skip fabric softener, and hang dry. Heat is what fades prints fastest, so keep it out of the dryer.
