Mouthguards

Protect your teeth in sparring and competition with mouthguards from Adidas, Shock Doctor and Viking, including youth and braces options. Not sure which to pick? Read the fit guide below.

A good mouthguard protects your teeth, lips and jaw in boxing, MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ and other contact sports. Look for one that stays in place when you talk and breathe, covers your back teeth and feels comfortable enough to wear for a full round. Most adult mouthguards are moulded at home following the instructions on the pack, so follow them carefully for the best fit.

If you wear braces, choose a mouthguard designed for braces, such as Shock Doctor's braces range. For juniors, choose a youth size and replace it as their teeth change.

Do I need a mouthguard for BJJ?

Most clubs recommend one, and many require it for sparring and competition. Check with your coach.

How do I fit my mouthguard?

Follow the fitting instructions on the pack, as methods vary between products. If it feels loose or bulky after fitting, check the instructions for whether it can be refitted.

Can I return a mouthguard?

Mouthguards are hygiene items and cannot be returned unless faulty. If an item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with photos and your order number.

How do I clean and store it?

Rinse after each session, let it dry and keep it in a ventilated case. Do not leave it in a hot car, as heat can warp it.
