Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?

Yes and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

  • - keeping track of your order's delivery status
  • - changing or canceling the order
  • - using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount
Shipping within Australia

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3 - 5 working days for all orders. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post and Fastway Couriers:

  • - For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 3 -5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you
  • - Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order
Shipping Internationally

MMA Factory ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post International trackable service for all our international orders:

  • - Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses. For our international customers, all prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information
  • - For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you

Can I track my order

Yes, your order can be tracked. On the day your order is despatched we’ll send you an email which will include a tracking number so you can follow your order through to delivery.:

  • - You can track your order anytime at auspost.com.au/track/ using the tracking number supplied in your Order Confirmation email.
How long will it take for my order to arrive

For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 3 -5 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.

  • - For International delivery, you should receive your order within 10 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you
  • - Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order
  • - A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office for pick up
  • - If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to indicate these when required on the delivery instructions as you are checking out

What is your returns policy

If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind we will exchange or refund provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt. This does not apply to mouth guards, groin protectors and swimwear. Sale items will only be exchanged for another size or colour, not refunded provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with the labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt

  • You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from MMA Factory if the item is:
  • (a) faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
  • (b) not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
  • (c) not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would, And you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide MMA Factory with proof of purchase, such as your original MMA Factory receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired.
  • MMA Factory reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
  • If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a MMA Factory gift card of equivalent value to the item, MMA Factory is happy to exchange or give you the gift card instead of a refund

MMA FACTORY 'CHANGE OF MIND POLICY. ​MMA Factory is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or gift cards on items, or exchange them, simply because you have changed your mind about the purchas
  • However, under our own MMA Factory 'Change of Mind Policy', if you simply change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card of value equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:
  • (a) you return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase (or for online purchases, from the date you receive it); and
  • (b) the item is unworn and in its original condition; and
  • (c) all original labels and tickets are attached to the item; and
  • (d) you provide an original MMA Factory tax invoice as proof of purchase; and
  • (e) sale merchandise will only be exchanged, not refunded.

The MMA Factory 'Change of Mind Policy' does NOT apply under any circumstances to purchases of the following items:
  • (a) mouth guards;
  • (b) groin pads;
  • (c) swim wear;
  • (d) training masks

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT ONLINE
  • For online customers, the Returns Policy also applies; however please note the following terms and conditions:
If, for any reason, what you’ve purchased is not suitable we are happy to offer you a refund (or exchange in store only). You must return any items within 14 days of receiving your order. We can only accept returns if items are unworn and in their original condition with labels/tickets attached. For hygiene reasons you cannot return mouth guards, groin pads and swim wear For in store returns you must show your order confirmation email, which acts as your tax invoice All returns must include your completed return form (included with your order) All returns must comply with our full Returns Policy
  • Sale items will only be exchanged in store for another size or colour, not refunded, provided you return it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unworn and in its original condition with the labels/tickets attached and with our original receipt.

  • We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel we will process your return and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.

CAN I RETURN A GIFT CARD
  • MMAFactory gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. However, gift cards are valid for a twelve month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale in store
Has my order been despatched

We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been despatched.

  • -Please note, gift card only orders are sent via Australia Post (Express Post) so you will not receive a tracking code in the confirmation email. If you want to check on the delivery of this order, please contact us.
  • -If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us info@mmfactory.com.au
What Payments methods do you accept

I'm not sure if my payment went through, how can i check

If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment and you received an order confirmation email then your payment has gone through. If you’re still unsure, please contact your bank for further information

My payments has been declined

Please double check that the card details you supplied (including the expiry date, card type and CCV number) are all correct. Otherwise you can enter the details of another card and try again

Can I purchase and use a gift card online

We do sell gift cards online

  • -Please note, our gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are valid for a twelve month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale

If you’re having trouble signing in with your email address or password, please check you’re using the same email address and password you used when you created your account

  • - If you can't remember your password, please click the ‘Forgotten password?’ link. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to change your password
  • - You can also change your password, email address or any of your other details by logging in to your account
